With over 30 years experience in property and over 25 years in house building with a range of house builders from the large volume PLC’s to running smaller/family SME house building businesses before setting up Castlethorpe Homes.
Chris has a passion for driving quality and creating beautiful developments that complement their locations but also provide exceptionally designed homes that consider great layouts and specification. He has been responsible for developments that have won over 20 industry awards in his career and brings that experience and expertise to each and every new development.
With over 20 years land experience in the development industry Andy brings valuable knowledge from all aspects of the land acquisition process having procured land from large consortium led schemes to smaller bespoke, niche developments.
Andy has great land and planning knowledge and is great at unlocking the potential in land and works well to ensure that landowners and all stakeholders involved maximise any opportunities.
Responsible for managing the commercial function and ensuring the quality of materials and the best sub-contractor base for every Castlethorpe Homes development, Andy is responsible for the build costs and aiding build in their delivery.
Andy has over 20 years’ experience in senior commercial roles with a range of house builders, both private and affordable across the Southwest and Midlands.
With over 25 years new home sales and marketing experience, Joanne brings extensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the sales process and customer journey having worked for several of the top ten house builders during her career.
Responsible for the marketing of the developments from advertising and PR to on site show homes, Joanne has great contacts amongst the local agents and brings energy to the sales process and helps guide our home buyers through the process from reservation to completion.
Richard is an experienced and muti-award winning build specialist who co-ordinates the programmes and delivery of all the Castlethorpe Homes developments as well as ensuring high quality, excellent health and safety and customer care.
With strong subcontractor contacts and an eye for detail, Richard ensures that every new home is built to an exacting standard in readiness to be a real home for our customers. With every Castlethorpe Home being new and as individual as our buyers the need for good oversight during the process is paramount.
