A proposed sustainable development of houses and bungalows situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Harvington with excellent access to Stratford-upon-Avon or Evesham. Offering substantial areas of green open space, tree lined avenues and communal facilities and great access to the village.

This proposed development is currently being promoted through the South Worcestershire Development Plan due to for the need for housing in the district and a lack of deliverable and sustainable sites available. The consultation has involved engagement with the Parish Council and Local Residents and the refinement of our plans based on the feedback received.

It is the intention to make a full planning application on Q1 of 2024 which would enable the development to be delivered at the earliest opportunity (should it receive planning permission). Castlethorpe Homes vision for the scheme is for it to be a real asset to the village with the scheme incorporating houses aesthetically in keeping with the local vernacular (not standard house types) but also potentially bringing areas such as a new central village green, community orchard, viewpoint and play space as well as creating footpath connection and dog walking routes to enhance its location.

More information will be available as it progresses through the planning application process.
