Castlethorpe Homes works hard to build partnerships with landowners and stakeholders to unlock the potential of plots for residential development. We are always looking to acquire good quality sites in the Oxfordshire, The Cotswolds and surrounding Counties.

Our current schemes typically range from 5 to 35 dwellings, but we will look at any opportunity. Extensive housebuilding experience and in-depth knowledge of the planning process lets us minimise the hurdles and red tape, ensuring owners can maximise the value of their land.
