Awards Finalist

We have been selected from a large number of submissions in this years Nicholson’s Green Award which is looking for the Oxfordshire Business that goes the extra mile when it comes to embracing Sustainability into their day-to-day business. Having met the judges they were impressed with our submission and understanding that everything from design and procurement as well as the build of our new homes considers the impact on the environment, and this is embraced by the whole team right through to the practises at Head Office. As we move housebuilding towards the new Future Homes Standards in 2025, we are looking to be ahead of the curve when it comes to sustainability, climate change, the drive to zero carbon and bio-diversity net gain.

We are excited to find out in early June if we have been successful in winning this award but being in the final three is great validation to the hard work by everyone at Castlethorpe Homes.
