Castlethorpe Homes are delighted to have been shortlisted in TWO categories at this years’ Unlock Net Zero awards which shine a light on the very best of sustainable development.
We have been shortlisted for 'New Build Development of the Year 2025' for the site at Willowside Grange in the Cotswolds.
In addition, our Managing Director Chris Warner has been shortlisted for the 'Climate Champion's Power List', celebrating those who make a positive contribution to climate action.
Chris commented 'This is a big honour to be shortlisted amongst others who really put sustainability at the forefront of what they do, the best development shortlist is lovely recognition for all the hard work the team put in to make our developments special'.
