A proposed sustainable development of approx.20-25 homes situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Hailey with excellent access to Charlbury, Burford and Witney.

It offers a private enclave, overlooking the local fields, but also includes areas of green open space and quality landscaping set within a pretty Cotswold stone village.

This proposed development is currently being submitted to the Local Authority for planning consideration due to for the need for housing in the district and a lack of quality, deliverable and sustainable sites available. The consultation has involved engagement with the Parish Council and the planners, and the refinement of our plans is based on the feedback received.

It is the intention that the full planning application will run during 2026 and would enable the development to be delivered at the earliest opportunity (should it receive planning permission).

Castlethorpe Homes vision for the scheme is for it to be a real asset to the village with the scheme incorporating houses aesthetically in keeping with the local vernacular (not standard house types) as well as providing essential ‘affordable homes’ which are needed right across the County

More information will be available as it progresses through the planning process.
