
A proposed sustainable development of approx. 60 homes situated on the edge of the village of Swinford with excellent access to Lutterworth and Rugby.

This proposed development is currently being submitted to the Local Authority for planning consideration due to for the need for housing in the district and a lack of quality, deliverable and sustainable sites available. The consultation has involved engagement with the Parish Council and the planners, and the refinement of our plans is based on the feedback received.
It is the intention that the planning application will run during 2026 and would enable the development to be delivered at the earliest opportunity (should it receive planning permission).
